We were the first company, now only 2, to offer the Centralized Showing System in Jackson, making it easier for our agents as well as other agents throughout the Multiple Listing Service to schedule and show a property that is on the market for sale.  Available more hours, 7 days a week, translates in to more potential showings.  Having to track down the listing agent on a weekend or after hours can cause potential buyers to move on to other properties.  The System also gives us the ability to easily request feedback from agents that have shown your property.  Most diligent agents will take the minute or less to fill out the emailed questionaire, giving your agent insight into the buyer perspective.

In 2008 we launched VoicePad, our exclusive 24 hour information line.  This was in an effort to capture the thousands of cell phone users that are driving around the Jackson area. Simply calling 731-240-2000, a potential buyer can learn the basic information about a property, schedule a follow-call, or get transferred directly to an agent. Learn More.
