2008 Pinnacle Award Winner

The annual Pinnacle Awards recognize top area businesses based on history, growth, community involvement, employee satisfaction and customer service.  It is an occasion to honor the nominees and winners that are outstanding business leaders that also represent our community.  They are symbols of those in this region that place hard work as a top priority in their companies. Companies large and small are commended for the their efforts in making our community more prosperous.

The Pinnacle Awards program is coordinated and implemented by a volunteer committee of dedicated Chamber members.

Several Pinnacle Awards have been established to appropriately judge and give recognition to those that are deserving of an award. Awards are given in two different categories- product-related or service-oriented.  The competition is broken into groups based on the number of employees. The winners will have been in business for at least five years and the owner or primary decision maker residing in Madison or a contiguous county. 

The awards to be announced will include the Cornerstone Award, Stepping Stone Award and the Pinnacle Awards. 

The Cornerstone Award is the top business excellence award given to a locally owned company that has operated in Madison County, or a contiguous county, for more than 20 years.

The Stepping Stone Award is a business excellence award given to a locally owned company that has operated in Madison County, or a contiguous county, for five to 20 years.

The Pinnacle Awards are given in two different categories- product–related or service-oriented- and the competition is broken into groups based on the number of employees.  The winners are businesses that have operated for five or more years with the owner or primary decision-maker residing in Madison or a contiguous county.
